How to write an offer ?
Your offer to purchase must therefore contain the following information
1/Your identity, address, telephone number and email;
2/The identity of the seller and/or the intermediary;
3/The date and possibly the time of the offer to purchase;
4/The address and description of the property visited (number of rooms, annexes, etc.);
5/The price of the offer to purchase in words;
6/The period of validity of the offer to purchase.
In this letter, which you can send by registered post, email or SMS, you can also specify the name and address of your notary. It’s best to put your purchase proposal in writing.
