Our 18 years’ experience in rentals and the hotel business means we fully understand the expectations of both travellers and property owners. Over time we have built up a whole range of services:
Creation and publication of your rental advertisements:
After discussions with you to determine your needs, we draw up the ads and publish them via various booking platforms: Air BnB, Abritel, Homeaway, Booking.
Customer relations management:
We take care of all contacts with the client, from establishing their booking contract to returning their security deposit.
Check in/Check out:
It is important to us to be present in person for check-in and check-out procedures (except in the event of arrival after 7pm or departure before 8am). A report is sent to you after each check-in and each check-out.
Our staff speak three languagues.
Cleaning and laundry services:
The cleaning is done by a team of local professionals.
Only eco-friendly household products are used.
The laundry service is provided by a solidarity and rehabilitation centre for women in difficulty.
Property-owners’ app:
Our working relationship with property-owners is based on complete transparency and trust. Once a minimum rental income level has been determined, owners benefit from online access to their rental schedule and earnings.
