Search for tenant and property management + concierge services:

  • Concierge services for the tenant (restaurant reservations, tourist guide, home chef, etc.)

Fees 20% TTC (twenty percent with tax) of the rent received, tax at 20%. Applicable scale : 10/10/2023

Managing and looking after your residence

Examples of our packages:

ANNUAL PACKAGE

PACKAGE 1 / 260€ incl. VAT per month:

  • Coordination and management of service providers (cleaning, linen, swimming
    pool, gardening)
  • Administrative assistance, mail management, parcel tracking, management and
    payment of your electricity, internet, telephone, water and gas bills during your
    your absence
  • Monitoring and inspection of your home during your absence, 1 visit
    per month. Possibility of 4 visits per month (fixed price of 50€ per visit)

Service Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm (Saturday service available at extra
cost).

PACKAGE 2/ 360€ incl. VAT per month:

  • Package 1 +
  • Preparation for your arrival, opening of the property, beds, household linen,
    garden furniture, heating, fireplace
  • Booking of transport
  • Closing and inspection on departure

Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm.

À LA CARTE:

  • Works supervision
    We select and put you in touch with qualified artisans. One visit per week to monitor
    work, with report and photos. Hourly rate: 60€ incl. VAT.
  • Architect and interior design
    Networking and interior design.
  • Events
    Organisation of your events.
